London

I consider myself as a versatile dancer and I am confident in teaching various styles such as jazz, modern, contemporary, commercial/street, Irish dance, salsa, dance fitness. I teach dance for many years all around the world any level, any age. Teaching has been my huge passion and it played a big role in my life since I was 15. I believe that teaching is not just a job but a way of life. "A good teacher is like a candle, it consumes itself to light the way for the others". When a teacher is excited and passionate about what she or he is teaching their students will have that same excitement and passion about what they are learning. After years of experience with my pupils I can truly say that this is the key to how it works. This is what teaching means to me. I graduated in Performing Arts in 2010 which I studied for 4 years in Slovakia. Before I moved to London I used to work in several theatre across Slovakia and Czech republic as a performer in shows like Mary Poppins, West Side Story, Dick Tracy, Blood Brothers, Electra and I also worked as a head teacher of modern dance at Art school in Bratislava. I then moved to London where I was very lucky to meet amazing tutor and director of Jazz Dance Theatre company Body of people aka BOP Dollie Henry who gave me an opportunity to train, dance and perform with a company since 2012. I have been teaching since I was 15. I started as an assistant for a choreographer at my college and I never stopped teaching since then. It has now been more than 10 years teaching and sharing my experience.
