The hectic pace of daily lives, especially for those who live in big cities, often leave us drained of energy and feeling low. We barely have the time to relax and decompress every evening before it all starts again the next day. Yoga is a great way to restore the body’s harmony and balance and inspires us to become more aware of our thoughts. I’m a qualified yoga teacher at Yoga Flow with Alison, and I’m happy to invite you on a mindful journey focused on the rhythm of breathing and awareness of the pose alignment and pose transition. The core objective of my class is to encourage you to leave the outside world and set upon a journey into the inner workings of your mind. By connecting to your inner self and strength, you awaken your mind to great possibilities. The classes will heat up the body and will comprise of poses that can seem somewhat challenging in a light-hearted and playful class. There are always variations with the poses, so you can refine your practice in ways that work to serve your personal needs. As a caring and thoughtful teacher, I will always have your best interests at heart. I’m flexible to vary my sessions based on your unique abilities – so whether you want basic postures because of physical limitations or health concerns or you want a more challenging, high-energy class that takes your practice to a new level, I can adapt accordingly. With my one-to-one classes, I’m aware that everyone is unique with different needs and levels of performance and I take pride in offering customised Vinyasa Flow classes with extensions and modifications in consideration of your needs. My rates are fairly reasonable and I offer a 20% discount on the sixth class for customers who pre-pay for five classes. Also, if you book more than two private classes a week for a month, you will receive one class free of charge.
