First of all the class will be adapt to the person, her level and needs. We will talk about it before the class and set the goal.
Usually the class start in savasana to relax and free the mind. Then we work on the spine throught differents asanas (postures) and throught surya namaskar (salutation of the sun) to free the energy and tensions. We pass by different pranayama (breathing) and dyana (meditation) to come back to some asanas and close the class with savasana and a little nidra (sleep yoga).
