Jivamukti Yoga with meditation

My lessons incorporate fourty minutes of Jivamukti yoga asana and twenty minutes mantra meditation; inspired by the Transcendental meditation tradition. I incorporate anatomical instruction and draw influence from Alexander technique. The class is geared towards helping students let go of habitual tension habits through release rather than strain. We will approach some challenging postures with ease through the use of the breath and learn the ancient principals of mantra meditation technique and it’s life affirming effects on the mind/body.
