Practising yoga is for everyone, with any age, any experience (or none), any condition (like a illness or pregnancy) or any amount of available of time. Those classes of yoga will gives you energy, health and a fit body; the calm, focus and assertiveness for your mind to face daily life; and a positive and lovely view of yourself and of everything.
Classes of Kundalini Yoga can be done in English or in Spanish, and those sessions incluide asanas/ kriyas, breathing techniques (pranayamas), relaxation, minumun 10 (generally 15) minutes of meditations:
