I am totally committed to helping my students on their personal yoga journeys. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, focusing strongly on breathing with the aim to calm the mind as well as challenge the body. This approach is ideal if you are keen to explore yoga’s more meditative side and develop mindfulness skills that you can take with you from the mat into your daily life. My classes are designed to help you feel free from tension and leave you more energised, while also toning your muscles, increasing your fitness levels, improving your alignment, and improving overall wellbeing.
Whether you are a complete beginner or you have been practising for many years, my private lessons are a great way to learn in the comfort of your own home. Our sessions together will be designed with your needs and goals in mind, and I will gently guide and encourage you as we move through the asanas
