Yoga classes offered in the comfort of your own space ( at home or at work) which consist of a sequence of asanas ( postures) pranayam ( breathing exercises) affirmations and relaxation. The class will allow you to release tensions and stress and leave you feeling recentered, grounded and rejuvenated.
