Think hula hooping is just for kids? Join the exciting world of hoopers and get your body rocking in a new way. You may want to learn a new skill, create and polish a routine or just learn to keep it spinning. Hoop dance is an amazing way to reconnect with your body and exercise your mind.
Each session will be tailored to your personal style and needs.
Beginners will cover but is not limited to:
- Basic waist hooping
- Walking around while hooping
- Moving the hoop up and down your body
Intermediate will cover but is not limited to:
- Off body tricks
- 3 to 5 trick combinations
- Techniques for finding flow
Advanced will cover but is not limited to:
- Creating routines
- Hoop dance and musicality
- Inspiration for creating tricks
Hoops can be provided, but if you have one please let me know the size in outer diameter and type of plastic tubing.
