Depends entirely on the demands of the student but generally I teach a course of asanas (postures) taking into account the level and requirements of the student. I've been teaching one to one classes for many years and during that time I've come across all sorts of people with all sorts of fitness levels and sometimes injuries and chronic issues too. I also sometimes use props such as belts and blocks to facilitate difficult or uncomfortable asanas. Constant breath awareness helps create space and ease in postures and calm in the mind.
