Beginners Yoga - Private Session

In this class we will start with the fundamental poses to start your understanding and practice. If you're completely new to yoga or want to master those key basic postures then this is the class for you. These classes will be based on traditional Hatha Yoga and after several sessions will develop into the more widely known "Vinyasa Flow".
