I offer a variety of yoga classes of different levels a based on the traditional yoga practices. I plan yoga classes tailored to the individuals or groups specific needs, goals, and abilities ensuring that you derive the greatest benefit from the yoga practice.
Example of classes offered:
Classical Hatha: Stretch and strengthen your entire body through Asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and relaxation. The practice is slow, grounding, strengthening and authentic.
Hatha flow: A broad variety of Yoga sequence can be chosen from Steady strengthening; Relaxing and releasing; Therapeutic & healing; Centering & Grounding; Dynamic & Energizing.
Therapeutic yoga: Focus on addressing a specific need, as strengthening the back or releasing tension in the upper body.
Chakra yoga: Focus on creating balance in specific chakras ( energy centers)
The art of Surya Namaskar( Sun salutations): Learn and master the basic twelve postures of Surya Namaskar and progress to learning stronger variations.
Class duration: 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Home-based Groups: One to five persons per group.
Corporate groups: Ten to thirty persons per group.
Days and Times: Monday -Friday afternoon and evening ( 12 pm-9 pm); Saturday morning and afternoon ( 10 am- 5 pm) time slots available.
Price structure: Private classes: 1 1/4 hour: £ 40 pp for one student; £ 30 pp for two students; £ 20 pp for three to five students.
Corporate classes: 1 hour £ 75
Several years of teaching experience has enabled me to refine my teaching practice so that I present classes which are simultaneously accessible to beginners and challenging to more advanced practitioners.
