Slow flow Yoga

My classes focus on a slow Vinyasa flow sequence which can either invigorate or calm.I often include very gentle background music ( if the student wants) . The sequence is very simple starting with basic postures, building on them, then adapting them to the needs and ability of the individual student. The classes consist of a gentle warm up, breathing exercises and a sequence which includes standing, seated and reclining postures, ending with a short meditation. My classes are accessible for complete beginners to intermediate students.
